Knowledge Center General Content

I. Techniques for operating equipment in glove boxes and vacuum chambers

Preparing samples, fabricating devices, and performing experiments while minimizing the exposure of samples to air is critical for many quantum materials. This section contains brief technical notes on working in inert atmospheres from installing and operating equipment to transferring samples from one system to the other.

Fabrication Catalog

This section describes a set of fabrication procedures enabled by the MonArk NSF Quantum Foundry pipeline.
